Deb Lehr, MSN, RN, LNC, founded Lehr Legal Nurse Consulting to help attorneys make sense of complex medical issues. With more than 26 years of hospital-based bedside nursing experience, Deb brings both clinical depth and real-world perspective to every case she reviews.

Her nursing career spans a broad range of specialties, including Intensive Care, Clinical Education, Interventional Radiology, Care Management, Diabetes Education, Home Health, and Post-Anesthesia Care (PACU), where she currently maintains a part-time clinical role. She has also served as an adjunct nursing instructor, working directly with nursing students during clinical rotations, strengthening her ability to clearly explain complicated medical concepts in a practical, concise, and relevant manner. This diverse background allows Deb to understand patient care across the full continuum and to recognize critical medical details that may otherwise be overlooked.
